    I hate to use the term "it used to be better", but I hate to use the term "it used to be better", but for the pork noodle at Sun Sea kopitiam at OUG, I guess there's a lack of a better term. Swipe to third Pic for the bowl from 2011. There used to be a bit of seafood to sweeten the pork noodle, and green vege was used. Today what I had was just plenty of overly starched minced pork, and fish paste in replacement of prawn n squid. Cabbage is also not an adequate replacement of leafy greens. A rather special bowl of pork noodle is now rather disappointing, even additional pork lard couldn't save it. #kyeats #porknoodle #sunsea #hawkerfood #nonhalal

The cut was definitely tender, smooth, and slightly more premium. However the lack of that strip of pork fat like the one you find at some other tonkatsu outlet left me not feeling 100% satisfied. Probably healthier tho since it's less fatty? Go for the big size 120g instead of regular 80g, cos even 120g isn't that much.
