  Hey KY,
  From your pictures and video it does not appear that the CCF is unwrapped,Besides the addition of prawn paste, the other difference between KL and Penang for this dish is that in Penang the CCF is unfolded/unwrapped..
  BTW I enjoy the CCF stall at Madras Lane just off Burma Road.
