I never like oysters with Tabasco, I however, do enjoy the contrasting taste of stout and oyster though.

Stout don’t work well with oysters and Tabasco mate. thus why them irish don’t eat em so in cork.

Best is to be cooked quick….yummy and an egg yolk with the stout.
