I’ve tried the BKT and steamboat with BKT stock there. Quite decent. But i stil prefer the steamboat at Rock Garden near Tin Hau temple.

Yeah, vOices is right. Teochew style tends to be clear, much like Cantonese. After all, it’s a place in Guangdong

Teo Chew-styled Bak Kut Teh is always “clearer”. Most of Teo Chew-style cooking is more “clear” anyway
