I tasted the soup and I know that lobster bisque is not supposed to have vineger in it because it will cause the cream to curdle into lumps. Then my steak arrived and when I cut into it I found it well done, and very tough. I called the waiter and asked for a change because I ordered it medium but he insisted that medium is like that. At this time I was very angry and both me and my wife asked for the bill and as soon as the bill arrived I took out 5 pieces of 1 dollar notes and put it in the bill holder and left the place. We went there in a group of 7 ppl to celebrate our colleague's farewell. The kitchen forgot to cook the meals we ordered (2 of us)and they only informed us when most of us half way done with the food. We made a complaint but the captain just ignore us and hiding back in the kitchen, letting the innocent waitress attended to our noise. Me and my fren end up sharing others colleague's food because the kitchen is closed. The incident spoilt our day.. fresh in our memories!
