You can't go straight to Jalan Gajah from Jalan Pasar Baru. You would have to turn left once u hit Jalan Yew, then make a U-turn, and turn left to Jalan Gajah just before the roundabout. And you can't get into Jalan Yew from Jalan Pasar, so the best way to get there is actually from Jalan Pudu. FYI, Jalan Pasar Baru is choked with heavy vehicles and their cargo (its a wet market), so its best not to use that street. You got the map wrong.
