yes curry mee must have lots and lots of sambal, only then the ‘kick’ is there. i remember once when i was at lorong seratus tahun for the curry mee, after the lady bought the mee for me, i said “can you please give me more sambal?” (when i see not much on the spoon), the lady brought the whole bowl of sambal for me!! haha! so i helped myself lah.
