Hey, I’ve tried Kippin Shabu Shabu – they are actually in Sunway Damansara – nice shrimp paste and a lot of other stuff that the chef makes himself, also nice sauce

if it’s the same one I’m thinking about, beside Giant in Bandar Puteri, yes, they have buffet now, just upstairs. RM25 for the buffet with lots of varieties like beef, pork, mutton, prawns, vegetables and other things. Also includes drinks so it’s not a bad deal.

there’s also another decent steamboat place in Kota Damansara I wanted to recommend to you but always forget. I think it’s called Hong Kee or something like that, in the Dataran Sunway. They’ve got great freshly made pork meatballs (made of fresh minced pork, and not processed like most others!) Will confirm if I remember! :p
