ITs located now at the 1st Ground floor, which means from the entrance at the riverside, you need to take the escalator to the one more floor, turn left and head right to the end of the building. Another easier way is to park in front of Menara Jaya and walk to the white tables and chairs by the side of Millenium Square. Food is still the same... IThai has become Friendz Cafe.
